Though the day (of the Reunion) is done and dusted, the hangover of the tangible and the surreal still envelopes me. So I thought, what better way to remember the 'Day' than to document it for eternity. One might say "What's so special about a Reunion? They are all the same." To a certain extent even I agree to this but according to me, it is the set of individuals who make up a Reunion that sets it apart. Ours was certainly no exception to this rule. Graying hairs, receding hairlines, few missing organs, middle-aged aching bones, and fading memories could not stop us from getting together after 20+ years to re-unite and re-ignite that spirit called RV(Rajendra Vidyalaya). The experiences that I share here are truly unique and that is mostly because the characters who constitute the documentary are unique. It also reminds one of how fleeting and ephemeral life is and the only thing that carries us through its ups and downs are our relationship(s). Of all the relationships that matter, friendship certainly has its place right up there. This book is a living testimony to the friendships that have stood the test of time and come out trumps.

Two books old, can't really say that I am still an amateur, but I am surely getting the hang of it. My previous two books, namely: 'Mirror of Soul - a book of poems' and 'PEPped - a corporate saga' have managed to garner a fair bit of readers and recognition. I am sure each one of you will relate to something or someone in the book and that is where my job stands done.
