The School Life

Wearing a new school uniform with shining shoes and carrying a satchel on his back, he unwillingly goes to school. And once again, he meets with many unfamiliar faces to whom he hesitates to talk first. Initially, he spends his time watching his classmates to know about them. How familiar he becomes with them within some days... He begins to talk to them so amiably as if they know one another for a long time. He shares his lunch and plays together not only in recess but in classroom also. He ardently waits for the last bell so that he may return to his home. He keeps reciting the rhymes and the poems taught in his school all the time. For the next two years, he merely learns to sit in the classroom and to read letters. As it is a playschool that only provides guidance to students so that he may be aware of books and teachers.

Now, he grows older enough to understand the teacher’s words and to write in notebooks. So he has to carry out class work and homework as well. But it is his childish nature that force him to get distract from study and to get involved in funny activities. He ever look out of windows sitting in the classroom or ever creates disturbance by producing strange sounds like horses neigh and by dropping his instrument box frequently on the floor. He sincerely tries to complete his homework, but seldom he misses to do that and thinks of an excuse to leave the school that day. But he can’t hide the truth in his eyes and their parents drive him on to go to school. Standing up on his desk while facing punishment, he feels very embarrassed and he can’t feel relaxed till he sees other students getting punished.

It is the place from where he willingly begins to face competition with their classmates and throughout his life he keeps facing challenges at every stage. To get the first rank and to be admired by their teachers and family members, he makes his attempts with all his might to beat even his best friend. Neither he loses his self- confidence nor gives up his endevours on getting beaten, he congrats him/her instead and presses on his efforts for the further examinations. Session to session passes like this, when he enters in his teenage leaving his adolescent back age, he gets surprised on knowing it.

Now, he becomes more sincere towards his study and behaves in a much disciplined manner as he is followed by his juniors. He becomes a role model for them and presents an example with some inspiring deeds and actions. Besides, it is the period when children enjoy a lot with their friends; hence, he entertains himself not only by studying in classroom but also by playing and making funs with friends. He keeps pondering for his career and thinks, ‘’ I shall be either a leader or an officer.’’ There comes a time to get detached from his friends and his school life is over. Having the pictures of his school life he excitedly gets welfare from his school.
