Dr Prakash Chintamani Malshe is MBBS, MD from MGM Medical college Indore. After learning Yoga from Swami Adhyatmananda, he deeply studied ancient yogic scriptures like Gheranda Samhita and Hatha Pradipika. With his background of and knowledge of the medical physiology, he made some startling discoveries which throw light on how yoga helps in achieving longevity and avoid diseases. He has delivered lectures at several conferences and published 2 important papers in international, peer reviewed journals. He invented the pierced straw technique of drinking air for Helicobacter infections and curing obesity and diabetes.
