Janani Dhinakaran
Janani Dhinakaran is the founder of Rise Wellness and Program Director at Whole Brain Health Initiative.
She has a PhD in Neuropsychology from Universität Oldenburg in Germany and a Master’s in Neuroscience from University of Edinburgh. She has worked at Stanford University, and the YMCA of USA.
She is passionate about Lifestyle Medicine and sees clients one on one, creating customised approaches to meet their health goals. She also runs group classes and workshops where she engages, informs and empowers people to take sustainable action to improve their health. She can be reached at janani@riselife.org.
